5 - 7 December 2025

It is an honor for us to present the High-Performance Inline Speed Skating Workshop, to be held in Košice, Slovakia, from December 5th to 7th, 2025.

The main goal of this workshop is to share knowledge, experience, and advanced training methodologies focused on the development of inline speed skating performance, with a strong emphasis on specific strength, technical precision, and overall athletic preparation.

Throughout three days of intensive work, we will cover both theoretical and practical sessions focused on:

- Specific and special strength exercises designed for speed skaters

- Gym-based training aimed at improving strength transfer to skating performance

- Indoor training sessions to refine technical efficiency

- Use of slide boards and resistance bands to enhance power, balance, and technical control

This workshop is open to everyone:
Skaters who want to improve their performance.
Coaches seeking to expand their technical and methodological tools.
Parents and clubs interested in better understanding the athletic development process.

The ultimate purpose is to create a space for learning, sharing, and growth, where every participant can improve their technical skills and understand the importance of physical and technical preparation in modern speed skating.

I look forward to welcoming you all in Košice to share this unique experience of training, knowledge, and passion for speed skating.
